Capurro has been producing Pisco in Ica, Peru for over 100 years. They use all estate grapes that are harvested by hand, are pressed only once, fermented with indigenous yeast and single distilled to proof in copper pots. Their Acholado is a multi grape blend that was harvested and distilled in 2022 that is perfect for your Pisco Sours, Chilcanos, or other craft cocktails.
