A longtime favorite of ours at the bar that we've lovingly referred to as "Jaegermeister for adults". Ticks many of the same boxes flavorwise and similarly is best served ice cold straight from the freezer. Made at the Caffo distillery in Calabria which is the toe of the boot of Italy. Made from a maceration of 29 local herbs and roots and without any added colors or flavors. Balanced sweetness and herbaceousness.
