Lovely dry gin from the Quaglia distillery in Castelnuovo Don Bosco in Piedmont, Italy. Made with just 5 botanicals (Juniper, iris root, wormwood, rosemary, laurel) which are macerated seperately for 48 prior to distillation. The individual distillates are blended "to reach the desired freshness, balance and depth". No added sugar. This gin is dry and juniper driven with botanical freshness and a textural mouthfeel. We love this Gin in a Dry Martini and more savory applications.
