Barsol Pisco Puro Quebranta

Pisco is an unaged Peruvian grape brandy. Quebranta is a "non-aromatic" grape variety and is the most common type of Pisco used for Pisco Sour Cocktails. BarSol is a distillery in the Ica valley of Peru that was one of the leading lights of the Pisco revival in the United States in the mid-2000's. Their Quebranta is fermented fully dry and distilled to proof prior to resting in stainless steel tanks. This is an affordable, quality bottle for making Pisco Sours!
