Banter is the first Rum released by American Cane. They are building a Rum distillery in Lafayette, Louisiana and seeking to confront and celebrate America's history with Rum production. Banter Amber is an aged Rum that is a blend of pot and column distillates from Jamaica, Trinidad, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. It is bottled without any additives or chill filtration at a cocktail friendly 43% ABV.
