Banhez Mezcal Ensamble

Banhez is a producer-owned Mezcal co-op based in Ejutla, Oaxaca known officially as the Unión Productores de Agropecuarios del Distrito de Ejutla de Crespo (UPADEC). This group of traditional producers work together to produce a brand that is more sustainable and efficient for the makers and the natural environment. 

This is an ensamble of 90% Espadin and 10% Barril made by several members of the co-op. It is a light, floral and fruity expression that is perfect as an introductory Mezcal or as a cocktail mixer.
