The café culture of Northern Italy gave us the gift of the Aperitivo. Low alcohol, complex, spritzy drinks to enjoy with friends at the end of the workday and before dinner to wind down and stimulate the appetite. This quarterly subscription club will give you the building blocks and recipes needed for the Spritzes of your dreams. 

Shipments can contain various Aperitivi, Vermouth, Amaro, and other aromatized wines. At least 2 bottles per shipment. Will not include citrus or bubbly water which may be required for the included recipe. Tax and shipping are extra. You will get the ingredients for AT LEAST 12 Aperitivo Cocktails and some suggestions for other uses for the bottles included. Club releases will be available for pickup at the shop and can also be shipped within California for an additional fee.

The Nitty Gritty Details:

• At check out, select "SHIPPING" even if you plan to pick up.
• The actual pickup date will be in mid-January and we will let club members know ahead of time. If you will need it shipped, we will bill you for shipping at the time of release.
• Orders must be picked up at the shop within 14 days of the release date. 
• If you need it shipped, we will invoice you for the cost at that time. Please note that alcohol shipments must be received by someone over 21 with proof of ID.
• For future releases, we will message club members a few weeks prior to fulfillment with details about what's coming and you may opt out at that time if you like. Prices may vary slightly from release to release but there is never an obligation to continue with future offerings.
