All natural, amber colored bitter from a family owned grappa distillery founded in 1875. Mugwort, gentian, rhubarb root, and orange peel and the predominant botanicals. Aromatic with notes of orange and vanilla with a pleasant and balanced bitterness. Sort of similar to the French bitter Suze but dialed back a bit. Lovely in a White Negroni or mixed with soda as an Aperitivo.
