A blend of Rum and 2 Clairin. Both the rum and clairin and primarily made from organically grown sugarcane varietal known as Madame Mueze and hand harvested with machetes. All 3 spirits were distilled on Creole column stills and are blended by Herbert Linge Barboncourt with bottled with no additives. Dry and tropical with some banana pudding notes.
"San Zanj, from Haitian Creole, translates to ''Without Angels" and is a reference to the un-aged nature of this spirit."
