Ak Zanj Haitian Dark Rhum

Haitian cane juice rhum made from organic Madame Mueze sugar cane hand harvested with machetes. Distilled in a 60 year old Creole column still and aged for 3-7 years in ex-Cognac casks. No sugar or colors are added. Deliciously dry with hints of honey, candied fruit, hazelnut, and cinnamon. Mix with it or sip it on a large ice cube.

"Ak Zanj, from Haitian Creole, translates to "With Angels" and is a nod to the evaporated spirit stolen by thirsty angels."
