White sugar cane juice spirit from Brazil. Made by the Rocha family from all organic, estate grown sugar cane that is biodynamically farmed. They have farmed cane and made cachaca since 1902. They grind the whole cane to press fresh juice and do a long fermentation with ambient yeasts. It has an oily mouthfeel with some grassy, olive, and sweet sugarcane notes. An exceptionally high quality spirit, made with intention, at a tremendous price point.
