Made in the village of El Nanche in Miahuatlan Oaxaca by Eleuterio "Tio Tello" Perez Ramos in February of 2022. Pit roasted for 9 days before being mashed by hand with machetes and wooden mallets in a wooden dugout. Fermented in cyprus Sabino wood tinas and double distilled on copper alembic stills. It is vegetal and peppery with a lovely agave sweetness and a lengthy finish.
