5 Sentidos Madrecuixe - Tio Tello 10/22

46.5% ABV - 750mL

Made in the village of El Nanche in Miahuatlan Oaxaca by Eleuterio "Tio Tello" Perez Ramos in October of 2022. Pit roasted for 9 days before being mashed by hand with machetes and wooden mallets in a wooden dugout. Fermented for 4 days in Sabino wood tinas and distilled once in a copper refrescadora. It is vegetal and peppery with a lovely agave sweetness and a lengthy finish.
