From the Rioja Alavesa in Spain comes this certified organic, practicing Demeter Biodynamic Trousseau. It's a grape that is perhaps best known for growing in the Jura region of France, a region beloved by husband and wife winemakers David Sampedro and Melanie Hickman. Well structured, light and fresh with some crisp acidity and a whisper of coastal salinity. Just a tiny bit of funk.
