13.8% ABV

Nearly everything about this wine is unexpected. An 80%/20% blend of co-fermented Malbec (partially whole cluster) and Torrontes (the preeminent white wine grape of Argentina) that is light, fresh, perfumed, and "natural". Organic and spontaneously fermented, it is incredibly crushable without being simple. Just fine on it's own but would pair well with all kinds of cuisine. A light red with guts and not your typical Argentine Malbec. We'd argue it's better than that.
