LIOCO Pinot Noir Mendocino County 2023

13.5% ABV

Pinot Noir sourced from several practicing organic vineyards in the Mendocino County AVA. The grapes are all hand harvested and fermented in open top containers for 2 weeks, 15% of it whole cluster. It was aged for 8 months in a mixture of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Fresh red fruits, medium body, a touch of earth. Solid and affordable California Pinot.

Review from James Suckling:
"95 Points - "This fresh and medium-bodied wine is complex and intriguing, with appealing aromas of redwood forest, rose petals and grilled herbs. Wild berry flavors integrate with juicy tannins and mouthwatering acidity. Notes of bergamot and herb tea linger in the long finish. Good value. Drink now."
