The Rainwater style has its origins in a story of barrels gone adrift and ashore while loaking, later deemed exceptional by its overseas buyers. Contrary to myth, there is no dilution. Aged at minimum three years. An excellent aperitif. Also ideal in reduction for "Sauce Madere". 

Henriques & Henriques maintains the family traditions of over 160 years in making the finest Madeira wines. Today they are the only producer to have continuously maintained vineyards, preserving varieties and styles today ignored by larger commercial producers.
