Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard Côtes du Jura Trousseau 2023

12% ABV

Wonderful light red from the Jura region of France. The fruit was farmed organically, spontaneously fermented and bottled with minimal SO2 added. Very lightly colored but incredibly full flavored with some cherry and brambly fruit notes and pleasantly drying acidity.
