Catherine and Pierre Breton have 11 acres of Organically and Biodynamically farmed vineyards just east of Bourgueil in the village of Restigné. They were making natural wine before it was cool. Grolleau is light red wine that is fermented and aged in concrete eggs. A bit of brambly fruit, some earthy savory notes, and just a whisper of natural funk on the nose.
