Baldoria Bitter Vermouth

The Italian name Baldoria, which translates to “conviviality,” captures the joy in sharing this stimulating craft spirit as well as the creativity and dedication of vermouth’s native producers in Italy. Founded by former bartenders from the legendary Paris Cocktail Bar, The Little Red Door and in partnership with 2 Italian Master Distillers, they set out to “bring vermouth into the 21st Century” while respecting the traditions of the past.

Their Bitter Vermouth is made from a base of Piemontese Chardonnay that is blended with individual macerations of 3 types of Wormwood, sweet & bitter orange, mate tea,  cascarilla, gentian, cinchona, and cinnamon. Semi-dry with balanced bitterness, it's unlike any Vermouth we've ever tasted. When served as a Highball, it's almost like an Americano Cocktail without adding the Bitter Aperitivo. Endless cocktail possibilities await you, or just enjoy it over ice with a slice of orange and an olive.
