The Willett Distillery has a history going back to the 19th Century. They eventually became an independent bottler and blender and produced numerous brands including Old Bardstown, Pure Kentucky, Noah's Mill and others. They reopened their family distillery in 2012 and now produce the spirits for most of their brands. The Willett Family Estate Single Barrels are hand selected and barreled at cask strength. The age, proof and mashbill will change with each bottling.
