Blended Irish whiskey from an independent bottler based in County Down Ireland. A blend of 2 different grain whiskies, pure pot still, single malt, and peated single malt which is then finished in a French oak cask that previously held apricot brandy. Bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or any added color. Lucious and sweet with notes of stone fruit, marzipan and baking spices. A delightfully rich and fruity Irish whiskey unlike any we've tried previously.
