Straight Bourbon Whiskey made by the good folks at Willett Distillery from a high corn mashbill of 79% Corn, 7% Rye and 14% Barley. Oily with fruity notes of apples and pears, some butterscotch and caramel, and a medium body. A super tasty everyday sipper or cocktail mixer from a wonderful independent distillery.
