An independent bottler based in Lexington, Kentucky who now exclusively source their whiskies from Castle & Key in Frankfurt, they offer a range of spirits in stylish packaging at surprisingly reasonable prices. This is their 2024 release of their High Proof Bourbon, now called Cask Strength and with a 5 year age statement, and is bottled without chill filtration.

Aged more than 5 years and bottled at cask strength, the 2024 vintage displays a warm and rich nose of molasses, roasted peanuts, and caramel before leading into a dense palate of baked apricot, vanilla, and burnt sugar.
