Pearse Founders Choice 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Pearse Lyons is a distillery located in what used to be a church in Central Dublin. This 12 year old Single Malt was one of their first releases but is composed of whiskies sourced from the Bushmill's Distillery. Aged in ex-Bourbon casks for a minimum of 12 years, it's a triple distilled Irish whiskey fruit bomb with loads of peaches, apples and a whisper of vanilla. It's an extremely pleasing and easy drinking dram, bottled without chill filtration or added color.
