Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt

Nc'Nean is a distillery located on the west coast of the Scottish Highlands. Founded by women and produced by women, they are also a certified B Corp. All of their whiskies are certified organic. Unpeated Scottish barley is fermented slowly and double distilled in smaller copper alembics. The Organic is aged in a mixture of ex-Bourbon, red wine, and Sherry barrels for 4-6 years. This is a delightfully fruity and approachable dram with some floral and stone fruit notes. A wonderful introduction to the category for those who are curious, and also just a lovely every day dram for any Scotch drinker.
