Straight Bourbon Whiskey made by the good folks at Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It's assembled from 2 different mash bills: 65% is a high corn mashbill of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barely. 35% is a high rye mashbill of 52% corn, 38% rye, and 10% malted barley. Long one of our favorite Bourbons due to it's red fruits, rye spice, and oaky caramel flavors, it has only improved since Willett started using their own distillate in the bottle a few years back.
