Jack Daniel's Bonded Tennessee Whiskey

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey is one of the most iconic liquor brands on earth. It's the only Tennessee Whiskey as far as many consumers are concerned (not us!). But it has one big problem; it doesn't taste like much. At 40% ABV it is underproofed, particularly for a whiskey that has undergone charcoal filtration via the Lincoln County Process that is the defining feature of Tennessee Whiskey. 

Which is why we were so delighted when this monolithic distillery released a Bottled in Bond version of it's classic whiskey. And it's fantastic. The flavor is light and easy with fruity sweetness, caramel, and the classic Jack Daniels banana note. Not the most complex whiskey, but a pleasurable dram best enjoyed over ice.
