Hibiki Harmony

Hibiki is a line of Malt and Grain blended whiskies from the House of Suntory. They contain whisky from all three of the Suntory Distilleries (Hakushu & Yamazaki for malts, and Chita for grain whisky) and every barrel type that they utilize. The exquisite bottle contains 24 facets to represent each of the "Sekki" or small seasons in the traditional Japanese calendar.

Harmony is a non-age stated blend and has complex spice notes, soft malty sweetness, coconut and floral aromas. It makes an elegant highball and can definitely be enjoyed on its own, preferably over a giant ice cube.
