Similar to Kentucky’s limestone water, the water used here is naturally filtered through granite, giving the whisky a distinct smoothness. Lightly peated and matured for at least 12 years in a variety of barrel types, it develops a delicate smokiness along with mineral undertones. Expect hints of green tea and subtle apple-like fruit flavors, creating a refined and balanced taste experience.
