George Dickel is perhaps best known as "the other" Tennessee Whiskey maker (Jack Daniels being the big one), but we think that characterization undersells what they are. In addition to delicious whiskies that undergo the Lincoln County filtration process that is required for Tennessee Whiskey, hey also produce Bourbon and Rye of exceptional quality. This is an 8 year expression at 90 proof that punches far above the weight of it's more than reasonable price tag. Priced to mix with but good enough to sip on its own.
