Goldcock 10 Year Czech Single Malt Whisky

49.2% ABV

Czech Whisky with a name that grabs the eye. Made from 100% Czech grown malted barley that was peated to 10 ppm. Double distilled in copper pots and aged in heavily charred European winter oak barrels that were coopered on site. Aged for 10 years and bottled at a robust 98.4 proof. 

The first and only Czech whisky we've ever tried and we were pleasantly surprised. The peat is extremely mild with just a bit of smoke on the nose. Fruity with notes of vanilla custard and barrel char.
