An independently bottled Single Malt Scotch from an undisclosed Speyside distillery. Aged for 8 years in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in Oloroso Sherry octaves for 3-6 months. The smaller size of the octave casks increases the surface area to volume of liquid which leads to greater cask influence and hence more Sherry cask flavors and aromas. Bottled with no added color nor chill filtration. Delightful flavors of raisins, chocolate and fruit with loads of Sherry cask aroma.
