Cadenhead's Original Collection Inchgower 14 Year

46% ABV

Another fantastic dram from Cadenhead's in their Original Collection. As always, it's bottled without chill filtration or added color. It has just a whisper of peat smoke framed by PX Sherry barrel sweetness and a pronounced grassy, hay-like flavor. Our tasting notes said "Healthy breakfast cereal - But the delicious kind!" Sounds tasty!

Matured in refill Pedro Ximénez casks

Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This whisky was re-racked into refill PX casks in 2022 which previously held Springbank whisky, resulting in the light peat note that can be identified on the palate.

Inchgower Information

A famously spicy new make spirit, Inchgower is a Speyside distillery you will find just outside Buckie.

A significant addition to blends, it is also known for a waxy character too.
