Chairman's Stock is a line of single cask, cask strength, non-chill filtered Scotch Whiskies from the venerable independent bottler Cadenhead's. Their imprimatur is a mark of quality as they have been selecting and bottling Scotch Whiskey, Irish Whiskey, and Rum for nearly 2 centuries. This is a fruity and inviting dram from Tomatin, a large scale Highland distillery that mostly produces malt whisky for blends. This bottle makes us think that perhaps they should bottle more of their own whisky as Single Malts moving forward.
Producer Notes:
Tomatin Information
A fruity dram, sometimes tropically so as it ages, Tomatin has been a longtime favourite of some members of the Cadenhead's team (although sometimes choosing our favourite whiskies is like picking a favourite child).
Tomatin has received praise for its wood policy in recent times and their malts have gained popularity, so we are always delighted when we get to share some with our dedicated Cadenhead's fanbase.
Sweet and fruity notes of custard, pineapple, white chocolate, gooseberries and peaches combine to create this 13 year old dram from Tomatin distillery.

Creamy. Baklava, custard, pineapple, white grapes.
Flavour:
Viennese whirl, white chocolate, honeydew melon, gooseberries.
