Bladnoch Vinaya Single Malt Scotch

Bladnoch is one of the oldest commercial distilleries in Scotland with a history dating back to 1817. The distillery is located on the River Bladnoch in Galloway and is the southernmost distillery Scotland. It is a Lowland Malt, independently owned, and utilizes only UK malts for it's Scotch production. 

Vinaya is a Sanskrit word that means "respect and gratitude". It is a non-age stated malt matured in both first fill Bourbon and first fill Sherry casks and bottled without chill filtration. Notes of chocolate and coconut frame some apple sweetness and pleasant Sherry barrel richness. An extremely pleasing everyday dram of exceptional quality.
