St. George Spirits Baller Single Malt Whiskey

Japanese whisky-inspired American Single Malt from our pals at St. George Spirits. Their pot-distilled malt whiskey is aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and French oak wine casks prior to maple charcoal filtration. The spirit is finished in casks that had held their house made umeshu (a Japanese stone fruit liqueur) lending it a tart fruity edge.
