St. George Spirits were at the forefront of the movement to legalize Absinthe in the US starting in the early 2000's and this was the first one legally sold once the ban was lifted. Still our favorite Absinthe, delightful mixed in cocktails, sipped over ice, or mixed with Root Beer (perhaps our favorite way to enjoy it).
