Grain to glass Rye Whiskey from a family owned distillery that have farmed grain in Fallon Nevada for over 165 years. Their farm predates Nevada statehood. Made from a mash of 100% Winter Cereal Rye grown on their property, aged for a minimum of 5 years and bottled in bond. It is peppery with a soft texture that makes it fit for either sipping or mixing.
