Carlos Camarena's iconic single estate Tequila from the highlands of Jalisco. Each bottling is made from agaves from a single site/ranch/area with the idea being that the terroir of each location will express itself in the finished spirit. Always well made, additive free, affordably priced, delicious Tequila.

Please note that the bottle in the photo may not correspond with the specific expression on offer. Tequila Ocho produces single estate Tequilas from numerous sites each year. We used to list the exact location and vintage for each release because collectors would try to have complete sets. The brand has grown far beyond that at this point so we will just list the maturation style of the expressions (Blanco/Plata, Reposado, Añejo) but not the individual sites where the agaves were harvested. About Tequila Ocho:
Tequila Ocho produces Single Estate bottlings where all of the agaves for each batch they produce are harvested from the same field or rancho. The idea is show how the terroir of individual sites is expressed in each batch that is produced. They are focused on the expressiveness of the agaves so their aged bottlings are kept in barrel for the absolute minimum amount of time allowed by law for each category. Their releases are vintage dated and list the name of the site where the agaves came from. Although there is flavor variation from batch to batch (as is the point), they are always well made and highly representative of the Highlands of Jalisco where all of their sites are located.
