Tequileria Cascahuin is one of the finest distilleries anywhere on earth. Master Distiller Chava Rosales and his team produce stunning Lowland/Valles Tequila at their facility in El Arenal, Jalisco. This is their ode to the tahona, a large stone wheel used to crush the cooked agaves and extract their sugars. The fully mature Lowland agaves are roasted in brick ovens, crushed with a stone tahona, and fermented with cultured ambient yeasts in stainless steel tanks with well water and without agave fibers.The mosto is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils and bottled at a slightly higher grade of 42% ABV & certified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker.

It is mineraly with mint, citrus aromas, and sweet agave fruit flavors.
