Tequileria Cascahuin is one of the finest distilleries anywhere on earth. Master Distiller Chava Rosales and his team produce stunning Lowland/Valles Tequila at their facility in El Arenal, Jalisco. This is their flagship Blanco Tequila and it's a benchmark bottling. The fully mature Lowland agaves are roasted in brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, and fermented with cultured ambient yeasts in stainless steel tanks with well water and without agave fibers. The mosto is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils and bottled at 40%, certified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker. 

It is dry with notes of citrus, black pepper, with vegetal/earthy notes and agave sweetness on the finish. This is what Tequila from the Lowland Valleys of Jalisco is supposed to taste like.
