Paladar Tequila was founded by Eduardo Orendain whose family owns the Arette Distillery and namesake brand of Tequila. They are one of the founding families of the industry in the town of Tequila, Jalisco. 7 year old, estate grown Blue Weber agaves are cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, and fermented in open top pine boxes with both ambient and cultured yeasts. The mash is double distilled in copper and stainless steel pot stills. The spirit is rested in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling in a gorgeous bottle that is dipped in the volcanic soil of their agaves fields. Certified Additive Free By TequilaMatchmaker.com.

It is dry and mineral driven with some sweet agave notes, mint, and a piney and saline edge.
