Extremely limited release from Lost Lore! This is a barrel proof Reposado that was aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Port Wine casks. Made at NOM 1414 in the town of Arandas in the Highlands of Jalisco. Fully mature Blue Weber agaves are roasted in brick ovens and crushed with a roller mill. The mash is fermented with deep well water, and a proprietary yeast in stainless steel tanks and double distilled in copper pots.
