Another fantastic brand from NOM 1414! Mature highland agaves are brick oven roasted, ground with a roller mill, open air fermented in stainless tanks with champagne yeast and double distilled in copper pots. 

Clean and bright with loads of tropical agave sweetness, mineral notes, a bit of citrus and earth. Lengthy finish.
