This brand is old school. It reminds me of under the radar tequila brands that you would find at really great retailers in the 90's and early 2000's, before Tequila got corporate and the category exploded. The bottle and the label have a classic feel and the juice tastes like Highland Tequila should taste. Cinnamon, barrel spice, oak, and sweet roasty agave. Made traditionally by roasting highland agaves in a brick over, crushed with a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and double distilled in copper pots. An affordable, off the beaten track, killer bottle of tequila.
