Entremanos Blanco Tequila

40% ABV

Produced by Maestro Tequilero Jaime Villalobos Sauza at the Hacienda de Oro Distillery in the lowland valleys of Jalisco. Mature 7 year old agaves are roasted in a low pressure autoclave for 24 hours and then crushed with a roller mill. The mash is fermented with ambient yeasts in stainless steel tanks and double distilled in stainless pots with copper heads. The spirit is chill filtered and proofed with deep well water. Certified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker. 

The flavor of fruity, roasted agave dominate with some notes of citrus and herbs. Weighty and rich on the palate. The bottle is wrapped in twine made from agave fibers. Excellent stuff!
