The Bitter Truth is a German company that has been producing cocktail bitters and liqueurs since 2006. They were one of the first companies of the craft cocktail boom of the early 21st Century to begin producing pre-prohibition varieties of bitters that had been somewhat lost to time. 

Celery Bitters are a wonderful, savory addition to a number of cocktails, especially a Martini, Gibson, or a Bloody Mary in our humble opinion. Celery seed, lemongrass, and ginger are the dominant flavors.
