Worthy Park Overproof Jamaican Rum

Worthy Park is a Jamaican-owned Rum estate that was founded in 1670. They are the only Jamaican Rum producer to use 100% estate grown sugar cane for all of their production. 

It's made from both molasses and sugarcane juice, 100% copper pot distilled overproof rum and it is a stunner. Not as funky/estery as Rum Fire, perhaps closer stylistically to Wray & Nephew. It is a wonderful flavor booster when combined with other rums in cocktails, or enjoyed with grapefruit soda or cola as it's commonly enjoyed on the island. Funky, tropical, powerful stuff.
