The truth is that you'd be hard pressed to find an Agricole Rhum Blanc that DOESN'T work well in cocktails, but this 100 proof beauty from Rhum J.M. might be our favorite. Grassy and vegetal with notes of lime zest and anise on the nose. On the palate it is lush with grilled pineapple and honey backed up by vegetal and mineral notes. Shake it up in a Daiquiri, or mix it with some cane syrup and a disc of lime peel for a Ti' Punch.
