Planteray Sealander Blended Rum

40% ABV

A blend of Rums from 3 different Seas/Oceans: Barbados (Atlantic), Fiji (Pacific), and Mauritius (Indian). All 3 components are tropically aged in ex-Bourbon casks and then like most Planteray Rum, is blended and finished in Cognac casks prior to bottling. We're normally not moved by 80 proof spirits but this is certainly an exception. Really complex aromas and flavors of baking spices (specifically cinnamon), maple syrup, and a whisper of smoke that was unexpected. An amaing mixing Rum and a complex and satisfying sipper.
